An offsider is the trusted second pair of hands: the one who has the van loaded before you ask. Say our name out loud and you'll hear the job description. The logo tells the same story: the big ring is your shop, and the small warm dot at its side is us.
Why this exists
Every seam in the patchwork leaks.
Walk into a good wholesaler at 6am and you'll find a business running on memory and grit: a docket book by the phone, a spreadsheet nobody is allowed to touch, a POS built for a gift shop, and four apps that have never been introduced to each other.
It works because the people are good. But every seam between those tools leaks a kilo, a dollar or an hour. The order re-typed from WhatsApp. The pallet that never met its costing. The invoice that aged quietly in a folder. No single report shows the leaks, which is exactly why they never get fixed.
So we took the other path: one system for the whole operation, from the order arriving to the money landing. Not a module bolted onto someone else's POS. Not one more app on the pile. The pile is the problem.

One system, no modules
Everything on this website is included for every customer from day one: Order Pilot, lot traceability, the driver app, all 17 named reports. If we ship something new, you get that too. One subscription runs the lot, and it always will.

Built for the day you actually run
The software follows the trade's rhythm, not the other way round: Morning Brief while the kettle boils, cut list to the bench, runs to the vans, Z-report at close. Run the day shows the whole shape of it, 6:30 to knock-off.

No invented praise
We're in early access, so this site has no glowing quotes, and won't until real founding customers put their names to real ones. The testimonial slots stay empty on purpose. We'd rather look new than sound fake.

Software from somewhere else can be translated, but it can't be taught what a coolroom smells like at stocktake. Opsider started with the Australian rules and the Australian words, and they go all the way down.
The rules of the trade are the defaults, not settings.
Nothing here needs a workaround or a plug-in someone found on a forum. The things an Australian fresh food business has to get right come switched on.
- GST-free fresh food, per line. Fresh meat leaves GST-free and the party pies don't, on the same invoice, line by line, without anyone having to think about it.
- BAS-ready reporting. When the quarter closes, the GST report is already shaped the way your accountant wants to receive it.
- Record-keeping an auditor recognises. Temperature diaries, cleaning checklists and lot histories kept to the standard PrimeSafe-style programs expect, exportable as one audit pack.
- Your vocabulary, baked in. Coolroom, use-by, lot, run, cut list. The words on the screen are the words on the floor.
